What you would work on
Thero is an AI assistant for companies. The problems behind it are concrete.
Connectors and permissions
19 connectors read knowledge sources and their access rights. The mirroring of these permissions has to be correct for every answer.
Agents with approval
Thero executes tasks, from research to email via Outlook or Gmail. Every irreversible step is preceded by an approval. Building this control cleanly is the core of the product.
Operations in Germany
Every customer gets a dedicated instance in Frankfurt or Hamburg. The language models run exclusively in the EU. That makes infrastructure a product question.
Our stack
Frontend in React with Vite. Services in Node and Python. Data in MongoDB, Redis, Neo4j and Qdrant. Plus LLM pipelines for retrieval, research and actions.
Who we look for
A small team demands breadth. We are interested in people who work independently and want to own a whole piece of the product.
- You build things to completion and then also operate them.
- You take data protection seriously without needing to be reminded.
- You explain technical decisions in a way customers understand too.
Why there are no job ads here
Syntriq is a small team. Roles here grow with the product, not in advance. We only post a position once we can reliably fill it. Until then: get in touch if you want to work with us. We talk openly about role, setup and compensation in the first conversation.
