Five levels, selectable per conversation: automatic, company knowledge only, public sources only, both combined, or no external sources at all. In the last case only the language model answers.
Prompts the team shares
Recurring jobs live as prompts: tagged by department, with visibility per person, group or organisation, and with variables for the parts that change case by case.
Research mode
When one answer isn't enough
For bigger questions the assistant switches into research: sub-questions, parallel search across the web and internal knowledge, then a structured report with numbered sources. Even the reasoning behind it can be read back.
Control
No action without your approval
If the assistant wants to do something irreversible, sending an email for example, it stops and shows exactly what would happen. You approve or decline; without an answer the request expires.
