Knowledge connectors index content and user permissions together and refresh both several times an hour, with real-time support. What someone may not see in the source never appears in an answer.
Sync status at a glance
Every configured connector shows status, document count and visibility in search results. Administrators set the sources up; the state is transparent to everyone.
Actions
Connections: acting on the user's behalf
For actions like sending email or creating events, each person connects their own account via OAuth. Tools use exactly that connection; the organisation's approval rules apply in addition.
Every capture comes from the running application. Actively integrated action services: Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Chat), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams), Slack, Jira & Confluence (Cloud and Data Center), GitHub, ClickUp, Zoom, Salesforce and more.
