An assistant that actually works.
Thero sends email through Outlook and Gmail, searches the web and writes research reports with sources. Before anything irreversible happens, the platform asks for your approval.
One menu in the composer
Tools where you write
Research, canvas, email, image generation, presentations and interactive artifacts are picked right where you type, without switching windows.
Send email through Outlook and Gmail
The assistant drafts the message and sends it through your connected Gmail or Outlook account. Because these are real sends from your mailbox, Thero shows recipient, subject and body first and only sends once you approve.
- Send and reply via Gmail and Outlook, forward via Outlook
- Drafts land straight in your mailbox's drafts folder
- Without a connected account: sending via your organisation's mail server, limited to its own domains
Reading runs free, writing asks first
Every integration ships read and write tools. Searching the mailbox, listing folders or reading attachments runs uninterrupted. Anything that changes state carries the “write” badge and asks for approval.
Research mode
From question to sourced report
In research mode Thero splits your question into sub-questions, searches the web and internal knowledge in parallel, checks the gaps in a reflection round and then writes a structured report. Every claim carries a numbered source. For quick facts there is plain web search alongside, with title, link and snippet per hit.
Governance
You decide what each tool may do
In the settings your organisation decides per tool whether it runs freely, has to ask first or is blocked. The same rule then applies in chat, in agents and in workflows.
- More than 300 tools, grouped by service and vendor
- Presets for cautious and permissive profiles
- A counter shows at all times: allowed, ask-first, blocked
Every capture comes from the running application. Direct sending is technically bound to a human approval: recipient, subject and body appear in the preview, and with no response the request counts as declined after five minutes.
